Site rules for park home sites

Getting a copy of the site rules

If your site has site rules, you must be given a copy of them when you buy a park home and whenever the rules are changed or updated.

Displayed onsite or from the owner

Some sites display their rules on a noticeboard, and you can probably get a copy from the site owner.

From the local council

The local council must keep a public register of site rules.

You can download the site rules from the council website or visit their offices and ask to see the register. Anyone can do this. You do not have to be living on the site.

Find the local council’s website
