Getting help with park home costs
If you live in a park home and you’re on a low income, you may be eligible for benefits and other support to help with living costs, such as pitch fees and heating bills. There are organisations that can help you understand what you’re entitled to and how to apply.
Many people miss out on financial help they could get, so it’s worth checking what you’re entitled to.
Check what benefits you can get
You can use a free benefits calculator to check what you’re eligible for and how much you might get:

- Age UK benefits calculator
- Turn2us benefits calculator
There are benefits that can help with housing costs including your pitch fee. For example if you’re of working age, you might get the housing element of Universal Credit. If you’re of pension age, you may be able to claim Housing Benefit.
