Park Homes Warm Home Discount
The Park Homes Warm Home Discount is a one-off payment to help towards the cost of your electricity bills.
Applications for the Park Homes Warm Home Discount for winter 2025/26 have now closed. The scheme will reopen in September 2026.
The payment was £150 for 2025/26.
You may be eligible if:
- you’re a permanent resident living in a park home in England, Scotland or Wales
- you pay for your electricity directly to your site owner (not to an energy supplier)
- you pay council tax
- you get certain benefits such as Universal Credit or Pension Credit, or have a low income
The scheme is managed by Charis Grants. Funding is limited and applications are on a first-come, first-served basis.
