If you cannot find the help you need on our website, you can contact us. We offer free initial summary legal advice, to help you decide what to do next. You can either:
- book a 15 minute phone call with an adviser
- submit a written enquiry – we’ll email you a response
Temporary changes to our advice service
We are introducing a new system to help us support park home owners more effectively.
From 25 August, our advice service will have reduced availability for a short time. You can still submit a request, but responses may take longer than usual.
During this period, we will prioritise people who are vulnerable.
Thank you for your patience while we make these changes, which will help us provide a better service.
Check if we can help
We can help if:
- you own a park home in England or Wales
- you have a park homes enquiry, such as a question about pitch fees, site rules or repairs
- you need initial legal advice only, to help you understand your options
We cannot:
- take on your case, act on your behalf, or fill in forms for you
- advise on complex legal issues such as litigation
- advise on rental tenancies
- give financial advice
You can submit up to 3 enquiries per month, and up to 10 per year.
Before you start
Our advisers have limited time for each enquiry. To make sure our advice is as helpful as possible:
- focus on the main issue you’re having, and ask no more than one or two clear questions
- write your enquiry in up to 200 words (for phone advice) or 500 words (for written advice)
- book one appointment at a time and wait until you’ve spoken to an advisor before making another booking
By using our advice service you accept our terms and conditions. Telephone calls and enquiries may be recorded for training and analytical purposes.
