This is dependent on whether you bought a new park home or a pre-owned park home. If you bought a new park home from a site owner then your name should be on the pitch agreement.
In contrast, if you buy a second hand park home, the original agreement with the first owner’s name will be assigned to you without amendment. For example, if you buy a second hand park home, you will be the owner of the home but will not be named on the pitch agreement.
