  • Mobile Homes – guidance – This guidance explains the procedures that will be followed by a Residential Property Tribunal when dealing with applications to the Tribunal under the Mobile Homes (Wales) Act 2013
  • Form MH1 – Application by the owner of a mobile homes regulated site to appeal against the decision of a local authority not to issue a site licence
  • Form MH2 – Appeal against (1) conditions of a site licence or (2) variation of conditions of a site licence
  • Form MH3 – Appeal under the Mobile Homes (Wales) Act 2013 (“the Act”) section 23 against:
