Will my pitch fee include charges for utilities?

The pitch fee does not normally include charges for utilities such as water, electricity or gas. This means you will be required to pay for your utilities separately.

In some instances, a site owner may include the water bill in the pitch fee in which case you will not pay a separate charge for water. Part 2 of a written agreement will tell the resident whether or not the pitch fee includes charges for water and other utilities.
