Can I ask for more details about my utility bills?

Yes. Under the Implied Terms, if a resident requests a site owner to provide them with documentary evidence in support and explanation of any charges for gas, electricity, water, sewerage or other services, any other charge, costs or expenses that they are required to pay to the site owner under the agreement, the site owner must provide it free of charge.

If the site owner does not provide the information within the specified time, you can apply to the First Tier Tribunal for a determination.
