Appealing a tribunal decision

If the decision gives you permission to appeal, you have one month to apply to the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).

If the decision does not give you permission to appeal, you can apply to the tribunal for permission within 21 days of the date of the decision.

If the tribunal does not give you permission to appeal, you have 14 days to ask for permission to appeal from the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).
