Dear [site owner’s name],

Re: Request for documentary evidence – utility charges

I write under the implied terms in Chapter 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Mobile Homes Act 1983 (as amended), in particular paragraph 22(b).

Please provide (free of charge) documentary evidence in support and explanation of the utility charges payable by me, including:

  • how the charges for [gas/electricity/water/sewerage/LPG – specify] are calculated
  • copies of relevant supplier invoices, bills, or statements
  • details of any unit rates, standing charges, resale margins or administration fees applied
  • the method of apportionment between pitches (if applicable)
  • any contracts or agreements with utility providers relevant to these charges

Please provide this information within [give a reasonable period e.g. 14 to 21 days].

Yours sincerely,

[Your name]
