Pitch fees for park homes

Pitch fee reviews

The site owner can review the pitch fee and propose a change once a year, on or after the review date. You’ll need to decide whether you agree to pay the new fee.

Your pitch agreement should say when your review date is. If no review date is given, the date will be the anniversary of when the agreement first began.

The site owner should send you a written notice setting out the proposed new pitch fee, at least 28 clear days before the review date (not including the date you receive written notice). For example, if the review date is 1 April, you should be sent the written notice by 4 March.

The written notice must be sent with a pitch fee review form in the correct format.

You’ll then pay the new fee from the review date, if the review was on time and you agree to the change.

Late reviews

If the site owner misses the review date, they can propose changing the pitch fee later. If the review is late, they must send written notice at least 28 days before they propose changing the pitch fee.

You’ll then pay the new fee from 28 days after you receive written notice, if you agree to the change.

If the review is late, the date of the next year’s review will not be changed. For example, if the review date is 1 April, but the review is done late on 1 July, the next year’s review can still be on 1 April.
