Understanding your park home pitch agreement

Introduction

Your pitch agreement is the agreement between you and the site owner. It gives you the right to keep the park home on a pitch and live in it as your home.

A main part of the agreement is sometimes called the “written statement”. This contains the terms of the agreement including:

  • the pitch fee
  • the services included in your pitch fee
  • your legal rights and responsibilities (known as implied terms)
  • the rules about living on the site

Use this guide to check the main terms of a park home pitch agreement before you buy, inherit or take over a park home.
