Park home residents have an obligation to pay their pitch fees and we expect them to continue doing so during this period. Site owners’ repair and maintenance obligations have also not changed and they should do so where reasonable and safe for them to do so and in line with Government guidance.
The Government will continue to engage with the industry to ensure that all parties take a pragmatic, common-sense approach to resolving any issues that may arise during these unprecedented times.
