Is commission payable on the sale of a park home?

Yes, commission is payable on the sale of a park home.

The requirement for a resident to pay a commission is set out in Paragraph 7A(5) and 7B(8) of the Implied Terms.  Those paragraphs state that: The new occupier is required to pay the owner a commission on the sale of the mobile home at a rate not exceeding such rate as may be prescribed by regulations made by the Secretary of State.
