Pitch fees

What are pitch fees?

A pitch fee is a charge that you pay as a park home owner to the site owner for the use of a park home site.

The costs can vary between sites and between individual pitches. Typically pitch fees range from £60 to over £200 per month, depending on the location, size of the park home, and amenities on the site.

The amount of the pitch fee and when it must be paid is set out in your pitch agreement with the site owner.

Pitch fees do not usually include utilities unless specifically stated in the pitch agreement.

The Mobile Homes Act 1983 defines the costs that can be included in the pitch fee.
