What can an occupier do if they are unhappy with the site owner’s proposals?

The agreement confirms the right of appeal to a tribunal. If the occupier does not accept the proposals, they must appeal to the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) within 21 days, from receipt of the Consultation Response Document. The occupier must also write to the site owner to inform them of their intentions and provide a copy of the application made, within 21 days.

LEASE is governed by a board, appointed as individuals by the Secretary of State for the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government.
