Do I need to sign a new pitch agreement if my site owner changes?

If the owner of you park home site changes you do not need to sign a new pitch agreement with the new site owner. If your park home site is sold to a new site owner, the existing terms and conditions in your pitch agreement will stay the time.

If your new site owner asks you to sign a different pitch agreement you should get advice from LEASE or a solicitor before you proceed. If you would like to speak to a park homes adviser you can call us on 020 7832 2525.

LEASE is governed by a board, appointed as individuals by the Secretary of State for the Ministry for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities.

WARNING ADVICE TO RESIDENTS
